Before your appointment: Plan to be at the clinic at least 15 minutes before your infusion to fill out necessary paperwork if you are a first-time patient. If you are a repeat patient, then arrive 5 minutes before infusion. Drink at least 16-24oz of water before and after your infusion Eat a good meal (a combination of carbohydrate and protein preferably) will help to keep the blood sugar during your treatment Avoid soda, caffeine, coffee or tea before your iv therapy as this may dehydrate you, making it difficult to start an IV Do not take additional vitamin prior to your treatment unless specified by the MD/NP Do not exercise 2 hours before and after your IV treatment Inform the staff in charge of your care of any recent change in medication or your health status, such as shortness of breath, chest pain, bladder issues, weight gain/loss

Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you can be charged 30% of the service price for late cancellation or 50% for not showing up.
